Matt grew up in Northeast Ohio and moved to Oklahoma in 2011 to attend college. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Nazarene University in 2014, where he was a dedicated student-athlete, competing in golf for two years and baseball for three years.

After graduating, Matt met his wife, Brittany, while they were both working at Chili’s. They married in 2017 and chose to make Oklahoma their home as they built their careers and started a family. Matt went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2020. He returned to estate planning, reuniting with Chase and Marcie to form Wellman & Grant Estate Law, where he continues to serve clients with care and dedication.
